Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns Policy
Canaija Mart (“Canaija”) is committed to helping you with changes to your order or cancellations. To make any changes or cancel your order, please notify us at canaijamart@gmail.com within one hour of placing your order. Please note that our customer care team is unable to make any changes to your order after the one-hour mark.
Once your order has been shipped, due to the consumable and perishable nature of most products, as well as the health and safety of our customers and staff, Canaija does not offer returns or exchanges. For any issues with your order once received, please contact us at canaijamart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If your order is returned to us by the shipping company due to delivery failure and the package(s) are still sealed, Canaija will, at its discretion, determine if a partial refund is applicable after calculating the shipping costs associated with both the original shipping label and the return label. If the package(s) have been opened or tampered with, no refund will be issued. In all cases where a package is returned, Canaija is under no obligation to refund any amount.
